1. The service
Lekhivo is an add-on for Google Sheets, provided by Indiamanthan Publications and Media Pvt. Ltd. (New Delhi, India), that helps you create GST invoices, email them, track payments and send reminders. It runs inside your Google account and depends on Google's services being available.
2. Your account and data
You use Lekhivo with your own Google account. Your invoices, customers and settings belong to you and are stored in your own Google Sheet and Google Drive. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity in it.
3. Plans and payment
- Free plan: up to 10 invoices per calendar month, with the features listed on lekhivo.in.
- Pro plan: ₹199 per month or ₹1,990 per year, plus 18% GST, paid in advance through Razorpay.
- Pro is linked to the Google account email entered at checkout and starts when the payment is confirmed.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Renewing before expiry adds the new period to the remaining time.
- We issue a GST invoice for every payment. Prices may change for future purchases; a plan you have already paid for keeps its price until it ends.
4. Cancellation and refunds
As plans do not auto-renew, you can stop at any time simply by not renewing. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy. When a plan ends, Lekhivo continues on the free plan and your data is not deleted.
5. Your responsibilities
- Enter correct business, customer, tax and item details. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for your GST compliance and filings.
- Lekhivo is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not generate e-invoices (IRN). Check your setup with a qualified professional.
- Send emails only to customers you do business with. Do not use Lekhivo for spam, fraud, fake invoices or anything unlawful.
- Follow Google's terms, including Gmail sending limits.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lekhivo reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, as it relies on Google services and the internet. We may improve, change or retire features. If we stop offering Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid plan.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lekhivo is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, tax penalties or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Lekhivo in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Suspension
We may suspend Pro access if these terms are seriously broken, for example for fraudulent invoicing or abuse of the service, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
