Who we are
Lekhivo is operated by Indiamanthan Publications and Media Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), New Delhi, India. Contact: indiamanthan.blr@gmail.com.
Information Lekhivo uses inside your Google account
To work, the add-on reads and writes data in your own Google account. This data is processed by Google's systems on your behalf and is not copied to our servers.

Google permissions and why we need them

Information we receive on our servers
- Licence check: your Google account email, a few times a day, to confirm your plan.
- Error reports: when something fails unexpectedly, the add-on sends your email address, the action that failed, the error message and the add-on version, so we can fix bugs. It never sends invoice contents.
- Support messages: what you type into "Contact support", with your email address and the add-on version.
- Purchases: when you buy Pro, Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. processes the payment. We receive your name, email, phone, the Google email you enter, and any business name and GSTIN you provide, along with the payment ID and amount. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
How we use it
Only to provide Lekhivo: to activate and renew your plan, issue GST invoices for your purchases, answer support requests, send service emails (welcome, renewal and expiry notices) and fix problems. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers named here (Google, which hosts the add-on and our records, and Razorpay for payments) or where the law requires it.
Google API Services: Limited Use
Lekhivo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models, and no person at Lekhivo reads your spreadsheet or Drive data.
How long we keep it
- Purchase and invoice records: 8 years, as required for accounting and tax records in India.
- Licence records: while your plan is active and for 8 years after, with your purchase records.
- Support messages: up to 3 years after the ticket is closed.
- Error reports: up to 12 months.
Data inside your own Google Sheet and Drive stays there until you delete it. Uninstalling Lekhivo does not delete it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold, or withdraw consent. Write to indiamanthan.blr@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Some records must be kept for the periods above even after a deletion request.
Security
Our records are stored in Google's infrastructure, protected by Google account security. The add-on talks to our licence service over HTTPS with a private access token. Payment details are handled by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.
Children
Lekhivo is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its effective date, and tell Pro customers by email about any important change.
