Install from the Google Workspace Marketplace, open any sheet, and enter your business details and GSTIN once.
Fill one short form
Pick a customer, add items with HSN, quantity and rate. Lekhivo works out CGST, SGST or IGST and creates the PDF.
Get paid
The invoice is emailed with a UPI QR code. Record payments as they arrive, and let reminders chase the rest.
Invoices your CA will not send back
- Tax worked out for you. Same-state sales get CGST and SGST, other states get IGST, picked from the place of supply.
- Financial-year numbers like INV/26-27/0001 that restart each April and never repeat.
- HSN/SAC checks for B2B invoices, reverse-charge marking, and the customer address when the rules ask for it.

Before you install
Do I need to move my data anywhere?
No. Lekhivo adds a sidebar to Google Sheets. Invoices, customers and settings are saved as tabs in your own spreadsheet, and PDFs go to a folder in your own Google Drive.
Who are invoice emails sent from?
From your own Google account, so replies come straight to you. A free Gmail account can send about 100 emails a day this way; Google Workspace accounts can send about 1,500.
Is it suitable for e-invoicing (IRN)?
No. Lekhivo makes regular GST tax invoices. If your turnover requires e-invoices, generate the IRN on the GST e-invoice portal.
What happens if I stop paying for Pro?
Lekhivo goes back to the free plan. Every invoice and record stays in your sheet. Nothing is deleted.
Is this tax advice?
No. Lekhivo follows the common GST invoice rules, but you are responsible for your own filings. Please check your setup with your CA.
