Refunds & cancellation
7-day money-back on your first Pro purchase. If Lekhivo Pro is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
Cancellation
Pro plans are paid in advance and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: if you do not renew, your plan simply ends on its expiry date and Lekhivo continues on the free plan. Your invoices and data stay in your Google Sheet.
When we refund
- Your first Pro payment, if you ask within 7 days of paying.
- Any payment where a fault on our side stopped Pro from working and we could not fix it within 7 days of your report.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake for the same period.
- The unused part of a prepaid plan, if we stop offering Pro.
When we do not refund
Renewals and later payments, and partly used periods, except in the cases above or where the law requires a refund.
How to ask
Email us from the Google account linked to your plan, with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Your Pro access ends when the refund is issued.
